Sandtinel Demo Trailer - Brand overhaul, trainings, strategy, events and promotion.

The Sandtinel Demo Trailer is a fully functional, mobile sand separation unit designed to showcase the technology behind our vessels in a hands-on, visual way. It features scaled-down versions of two Sandtinel separators, built with 3D-printed components housed in clear spheres—allowing customers to see the internal mechanics typically hidden in full-sized units. Equipped with a generator, pump, and a closed-loop flow system that circulates over 500 gallons of water and several bags of sand, the trailer is a powerful tool utilized by the sales team to provide a dynamic, real-time demonstration of Sandtinel's Vortex Vessel's separation capabilities.

Branding & Information Overhaul

​Once the mobile trailer was built and successfully tested, it quickly became clear that it was missing more than just functionality—it lacked the visual polish and practical tools needed to support the sales team's efforts in the field. The trailer had no branded imagery, no educational or presentation materials, and not even dry storage to keep handouts protected. Sales reps also found it challenging to communicate with customers who had unique site conditions or custom needs, especially without visual aids to help guide the conversation.
​This led to the next phase of development: a full branding and educational trailer overhaul. We transformed unused surfaces into new opportunities, adding mounted infographics, process diagrams, and charts to explain how the technology works.

A dry-erase whiteboard was installed to help sketch out solutions and visualize customer challenges. Hanging organizers were added for brochures, tools, and field materials, while sandbags and buckets were hidden or concealed to improve the overall aesthetic. We even integrated a small TV to loop promotional videos and later added a webcam and Starlink internet access, enabling live video calls with engineering experts when more technical support was needed.
