When you have ADHD or any kind of difficulty focusing, anything can become a distraction. I made this playlist to help me when I needed to really stay focused on a task. These songs and channels have little to no singing because even lyrics can be distracting.

I Like Broncos.

I grew up in a '96 Bronco, I learned to drive three on the tree in my Dad's '72 Bronco, my first vehicle at 15 years old was a '74 Bronco, I bought my Dad's '96 Bronco after college to have a more reliable drive, and the first brand new vehicle I ever purchased was a 2021 First Edition Bronco.

Formerly the Quebec Nordiques, the Colorado Avalanche arrived in Denver in 1995 and won the Stanley Cup in their first season, quickly solidifying my love for the team.

Nestled in the heart of lower downtown (LoDo) Denver, the Colorado Rockies and the Blake St. Bombers have called 20th and Blake home for 30 years, and in those 30 years the ball club has managed to break my heart a majority of those seasons.

The Denver Nuggets, began in 1967 as the Denver Larks in the ABA, later becoming the Rockets and then the Nuggets in 1974, before joining the NBA in 1976, eventually winning their first NBA championship in 2023, defeating the Miami Heat in the Finals.

Founded in 1960, the Denver Broncos began as a charter member of the American Football League (AFL) and later became part of the NFL after the 1970 merger, winning three Super Bowls (XXXII, XXXIII, and L) and making eight Super Bowl appearances.
